Long Ways to Go
Looking around, I get this nagging feeling that the world is hellbent on taking reverse strides. Just as we come together to fight long drawn social battles, we find ourselves teetering between hard-fought, deserving victories and frustrating stalemates. Deletei was so lucky and beyond grateful to witness this masterpiece in person. deea, i'm so proud of you for making it through middle school online, despite the ups and downs. i know online school can be the most boring and absolute worst, and it can really take a toll on you mentally, as it's just not the same socially (and god the awkward breakout rooms 😭, def not gonna miss those); one would most definitely not imagine it as their ideal middle school experience. i'm also so proud of you for pushing through school, despite the VERY inconvenient times in india and everything going on. your speech was beyond amazing and honestly so relatable and empowering; i remember going through very similar things when i did 8th grade online. ms. deea gandotra, congratulations on finishing middle school. girlie pop, YOU DID IT. welcome to the high school, clubbb!! oh yeah, also now YOU better come to MY high school graduation. no excuses.
ReplyDeleteLOVE YOU LOTS AND CONGRATULATIONS MISSY.
